After being trained in traditional pastry by Gabriel Paillasson (Best Craftsman of France Pastry), I continued my gastronomic path with starred chefs such as Nicolas Le Bec, Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc, Quique Da Costa to finish in luxury hotels such as l’Abbaye de Talloires or else le Lausanne Palace.
I have been putting all my expertise and creativity at your service since 2021.
I am also a certified apprentice trainer in Switzerland.
