The Gonet Geneva Open / ATP 2024 is one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year, and JS Consulting was commissioned to create the pastries served to guests and players at this prestigious tennis tournament, held in the Parc des Eaux-Vives in Geneva.
This was made possible through a collaboration with the culinary teams of the magnificent Hôtel Métropole.
Bongenie stores have been established for many years in major cities such as Geneva, Lausanne, and the newly renovated Zurich store, where JS Consulting worked for nearly two years on the restaurant project. Our mission was to develop a pastry range and set up a production space that meets the professional and high-quality standards expected by a refined clientele.
